Bill to help stop cyber attacks through disclosure

A new bill could help you get to the bottom of cyber attacks. The Electronic Communications Privacy Act would allow internet service providers to voluntarily disclose information to fend off a cyber attacks. Network World reports, the bill would also revise rules for law enforcements surveillance of e-mail and other electronic communications.
