DoD says there are some key issues they want to focus on with smart phones and mobile computing systems.

The main issue the department is looking at is the large memory space of the devices and users’ lack of knowledge about mobile devices. DoD is also evaluating how information may be risked.

The department also says it is taking a cohesive approach to adopting mobile technology.
