How to implement telework at your agency

Last year’s Telework Enhancement Act encouraged agencies to provide flexible work arrangements for federal employees. But how do you actually implement telework at your agency?

In Depth with Francis Rose got some tips from Cynthia Henderson, a leadership development expert, coach and trainer.

Currently, Henderson serves as the Regional Training Leader and Facilitator for the AmeriCorps contract through Education Northwest and Bank Street College of Education as well as Senior Associate with Campaign Consultation, Inc. for fundraising and sustainability contracts. Henderson is also an instructor for Graduate School USA in the areas of Telework, Supervision, Leadership Essentials and Leading Teams and Groups.
