Four out of 10 federal employees are eligible to retire in the next five years. The Office of Personnel Management has a new strategy to attract new hires to government, and get millennials who are already in government to stay. The strategy is called Recruitment, Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion. Ron Sanders is vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton and a former chief human capital officer for the intelligence community.
