Secretary of Defense Ash Carter got to participate in a training mission on a U.S. Air Force T-1 today.

This is not the first time he’s gotten involved in training exercises lately. It begs the question: is he fulfilling a bucket list in his last few weeks on the job? Or possibly preparing for his post-civil-service career? He of all people should know that the jobs are in cyber…
