Officials from NASA came together to answer the burning question: what will astronauts eat for Thanksgiving? It’s not mom’s home cooking, but it still looks better than Tofurkey.

And speaking of astronaut food, Federal News Radio covered NASA’s efforts to create nutritious non-perishable food for astronauts on a potential Mars mission back in June. Well, it looks like they’ve reached the human-testing phase:
