What will budget battle mean for agencies?

GovExec\'s Tom Shoop gives his analysis of what will happen to feds with the upcoming budget battle.

This year’s federal budget negotiations are almost guaranteed to be difficult. Congress still has not passed a spending plan for the current fiscal year. Republicans in the House have already said they want to reduce spending by $32 billion.

The President will release his version of a federal budget for fiscal 2012 on Monday.
