What is your Key Marketing Objective? Can you answer this question? Some marketers in the federal space can and some cannot. Your objective may be as simple as, “We need a $100 cost-per-lead to come out of our event on Cyber Security.” Or you may have a more complex marketing objective, such as, “Get federal Chief Security Officers in civilian agencies to think of our company when they have a need for software security.” The most difficult task many marketing leaders face is determining their company’s Key Marketing Objective (KMO). So how do you figure it out?
