The federal marketplace moves fast. Emerging markets become traditional markets in a matter of months. It wasn’t that long ago when companies were positioning themselves as leaders in “technology” or “communications.” These terms have become generic. Cyber security, mobile and health IT are areas that are quickly becoming broader and broader in their meaning. It is still important to associate yourself with these areas, but they can no longer be used as differentiators.
