Anne Barker Dunn and her team conducted two initiatives to provide legal and psychiatric support for veterans caught up in the justice system. According to Melissa Fitzgerald, senior director of the nonprofit Justice for Vets, Dunn’s leadership helped to transform how veterans are handled in the justice system, creating “an enormous positive effect” for the veterans.
