The federal government is losing its edge when it comes to being able to read the fingerprints of a nuclear bomb. That’s according a recent report from the National Research Council. The government works with scientists who can sniff out clues from the radioactive fallout of a nuclear weapon. The goal is to find out who made it or where it came from.
