Who likes paperwork? If you’re in the Navy, you’ve got a new way to complain about it and offer fixes. A website dedicated to reducing administrative distractions, or RAD, welcomes ideas from junior sailors through commanders. In its first month, the RAD initiative has collected thousands of tips. Now project leaders are searching for solutions to the biggest administrative headaches. Rear Adm. Herman Shelanski is the team leader.
