The Office of Science and Technology Policy wants all agencies to be able to harness the power of crowdsourcing and citizen science. So it's designed and released the Federal Crowdsourcing and Citizen Science Toolkit to help them do just that. Jenn Gustetic is the assistant director for open innovation at OSTP. She joins the Federal Drive with Tom Temin with more on the toolkit.
