Ultimately, better cyber security in the future will come from research projects going on today. Much research is happening under the auspices of the science and technology directorate at the Homeland Security Department. Doug Maughan is director of the Cyber Security Division in the Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency within DHS’ Science and Technology Directorate. He joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin to share information on two research and technology guides recently published.
