The Office of Personnel Management said it is not about to let employee engagement fall back from its six-year high score reached in 2017. To keep the momentum, OPM is working with agencies to spread success stories. It is encouraging agencies to evaluate their progress more often than once a year. Julie Brill, OPM’s acting deputy associate director for the Senior Executive Service and Performance Management, told Federal News Radio’s executive editor Jason Miller all about it on Federal Drive with Tom Temin.
