The Army is failing to modernize and think radically about how it will remain dominant. Instead, it’s tinkering around the edges, wasting time and money — at least that’s the view of Ret. Col. Douglas Macgregor. He’s now an author and executive vice president of the consultancy Burke-Macgregor Group, and he joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin for more discussion.
