Frank Atwater, former President of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association, has died.

Frank Atwater, former President of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association, has died.

Mr. Atwater passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 16, according to the current NARFE President Margaret Baptiste.

He served as National Treasurer from 1994-1998 and as National President from 1998-2002.

There will be a celebration of his life in New Port Richey this coming Saturday, Nov. 21 at 12 p.m.

A service will be scheduled at a later date.
