Senior leaders fare slightly better in 2016
In 2016, 52 percent of federal employees said their agency’s senior leaders maintain high standards of integrity and honesty, a 2 percent bump over last year’s score. Survey respondents also see their senior leaders showing more support for work/life programs, such as flexible schedules and telework. 55 percent of feds said their senior leaders demonstrate support for those programs, compared to 53 percent in 2015.
