Though the Bush Administration is getting ready to leave office, there are still some loose ends to tie up, especially when it comes to e-mail. Yesterday, a federal judge ordered the president’s executive office to look for millions of emails that have been missing since 2005. Diana Veilleux is a partner with the firm Shaw, Bransford, Veilleux and Roth and joins us for our weekly “Legal Loop” segment. She explains first why these emails are so important.
