President Barack Obama has approved a plan to withdraw troops from Iraq over the next 19 months. But this isn’t a complete exit: Up to 50,000 troops could remain in the country. Lawrence Korb, assistant secretary of defense under President Ronald Reagan, is now a Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress. Mr. Korb joins us now on what this might mean for the Pentagon and the stability of Iraq.
