NARA says the Electronic Records Archive is at risk if they build it and agencies don\'t use it. We get details from NARA\'s Meg Phillips and Charles Piercy.

The National Archives and Records Administration does what it name says: Keeps the country’s records for all time. For several years, NARA has been at work on a big project called Electronic Records Archive, or ERA. But OMB has placed ERA on its high priority list of projects in trouble. Meg Phillips, the Electronic Records Lifecycle Coordinator, and Charles Piercy, Acting CIO of NARA, told us why it’s on the list and how they plan to fix it.
