The military has an old saying. Plan the work, then work the plan. That’s what the U.S. Agency for International Development is doing. It’s got a five-point plan for the approaching hurricane season. Tim Callahan is senior regional advisor for Latin America and the Caribbean at USAID’s Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance. He spoke to Tom Temin on the Federal Drive. He’s got a musical way to try to get young people involved in disaster preparedness.
