It lists three characteristics: hackers are often for profit, increasingly specialized, and often use overseas network resources for their attacks.
The National Internet Emergency Center in China reports that in the first half of 2010, more than 4,500 Chinese computers were under control of Botnet viruses, and 127,000 I-Ps took part in attacks on Chinese computers.
