The debt deal might not cut back the DOD’s budget as much as many people think. Winslow Wheeler is the Director at the Straus Military Reform Project, Center for Defense Information. He’s a former Capitol Hill budget expert, and he has some thoughts about how the debt limit deal might affect the Pentagon.
