U.S. military forces have continued to attack Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant terrorists in Syria.

U.S. military forces have continued to attack Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant terrorists in Syria. Over the last three days U.S. and partner-nation military forces have conducted thirteen airstrikes in Iraq. In Syria, seven fighter and bomber airstrikes near Kobani destroyed five ISIL fighting positions. The strikes were predominantly carried out by fighter, attack and remotely piloted aircraft.
