The military needs to establish a culture of cyber discipline. Defense Secretary Ash Carter and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Joseph Dunford signed the DoD cybersecurity implementation plan earlier this month to create that culture. Federal News Radio’s executive editor Jason Miller joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin to discuss what the new strategy includes, and how it will change DoD’s cyber culture for the better.
