Former US Ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton, now a Senior Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, detailed the points he made in a “Letter to the Next President” in the Daily Telegraph of London Wednesday, offering his views on the foreign policy challenges facing the incoming Obama administration, and how to solve them.
