The Center for Strategic and International Studies took a look at how to solve that problem with a panel discussion called “Congressional Chaos: Oversight in the Next Administration.” The participants included Jessica Herrera-Flanigan, Partner at Monument Policy Group and former Majority Staff Director and General Counsel at the House Committee on Homeland Security; David Olive, Co-Founder, Olive Edwards, & Cooper; and Mike Russell of the Minority Staff on the House Homeland Security Committee. James Carafano, Senior Research Fellow for Defense and Homeland Security, at the Heritage Foundation, moderated the discussion.
