We’ve all heard about the so-called “brain drain” in the federal government. Whether it’s happening now, or happening later, your agency still needs to be ready. Barbara Bovbjerg, the Director of Education, Workforce and Income Security Issues at the Government Accountability Office, tells us that some agencies are ahead of the curve.
