As Federal News Radio has been telling you, the Census has been undergoing a lot of changes. The Commerce Department is gearing up for next year’s decennial census, but the Census Bureau has already started making preparations. Dr. Louis Kincannon, the former Census Bureau director under President Bush , participated in a teleconference earlier today to talk about what’s being done, and joins us to tell us more.
