How does that technology change the way that wars are fought? That is the theme behind a new book, Wired for War: The Robotics Revolution and Conflict in the 21st Century by P.W. Singer. Singer, a senior fellow and director of the 21st century Defense Initiative at the Brookings Institution, joins us to talk about his new book.
