Cooperation led to swift capture of suspected bomber

Attorney General Eric Holder and other officials have been hailing the speedy arrest of suspected Time Square bomber Faisal Shahzad.

The native Pakistani was arrested only 53 hours after his failed attempt to set off a car bomb in Times Square on May 1.

Members of Congress have pointed to the successful cooperation between state, local and federal authorities as part of the reason Shahzad was taken into custody so quickly.

Homeland Security Today editor David Silverberg tells us that it may be useful to compare the Times Square bombing attempt with the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center.
