The Mexican government says it has sent a message to drug kingpins by killing or capturing at least seven top drug cartel leaders in the past year.
The Mexican drug wars are one of the Top Stories of 2010 for government, said David Silverberg, the editor of Homeland Security Today, in an interview with the DorobekINSIDER’s Scott Carr.
