Northrop Grumman is heading off a cybersecurity brain drain with a recruiting pitch for teenagers.

The federal contractor is sponsoring this year’s Cyber Patriot exercise by the Air Force Association. The event is for high school students.

But the idea is to get people interested early in life. Experts say it’s getting harder to find good people to protect networks.

Diane Miller leads Northrop Grumman’s cybersecurity group. She explains how the high school crowd fits into the cybersecurity recruiting picture.
