This past Saturday the nation lost 22 Navy SEALs and 8 other troops when an insurgent shot down their helicopter in Afghanistan. It was the single deadliest day in the 10 year war. Michael Baumer, director of the Navy SEAL Foundation Board, explains how you can help.
