It’s that time of year again. Time to hunt down those gloves you liked so much last winter, figure out what to do for Thanksgiving, and review your health plan for the coming year.

You might be tempted to let the health plan slide for another year. Most feds do. Then again, according to the experts, by not doing anything you stand to lose as much as a thousand dollars.

That would buy a lot of gloves.
