It would be an understatement to say that John Berry, the Director of the Office of Personnel Management, has a long to-do list.

He wants to reform the federal hiring process, get more military vets hired in the federal government, and revamp the way feds are compensated.

On top of all of that, he is also on his own deadline to totally reorganize OPM.
