Beginning in September, federal contractors will need to confirm the identities of their 4 million workers through Homeland Security’s E-Verify program.

DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano further strengthened E-Verify by announcing the Administration’s support for regulation that will award federal contracts only to employers who use E-Verify to check employee work authorization.

Jennifer Kerber, the Vice President of Federal and Homeland Security Policy at Tech America, has some concerns.

She joined us with a look at what she thinks are the big hiccups with the new mandates.
