Contamination of groundwater due to toxic waste dumping is a problem affecting many parts of the country, but in places like Frederick, Md., the problem is compounded when an Army base that made weapons is involved.
Today, a Maryland Senator got a status report on the $6 million cleanup at the Army’s Ft. Detrick.
