DHS develops new cybersecurity metrics

OMB will be holding your agency accountable for new cybersecurity metrics this year.

The Homeland Security Department is developing the new measures that agencies will use to evaluate their computer networks in 2010.

They’ll focus on making continuous monitoring a reality.

Matt Coose is the director of network security for the DHS.

He tells Federal News Radio’s Jason Miller about how DHS is developing these metrics.
