Obama answers budget questions day after release

President Obama held a press conference Tuesday, one day after releasing his proposed 2012 budget.

A day after releasing his proposed budget for fiscal year 2012, President Barack Obama was answering questions about his decision to cut certain programs. Obama reaffirmed the need of the government to constrain its spending.
