Hear a preview of this Thursday\'s Ask the CIO show.

Manny Dominguez arrived at the Defense Department’s new Medical Education and Training Campus with one technology employee, no buildings and a short time frame to make computers, wireless networks, storage and all the applications work.

He is now in the final stretch for the launch of the campus in June.

Jason Miller finds out from Dominguez, the transition CIO of DoD’s Medical Education and Training Campus, about how he created a technology infrastructure from scratch on time and under budget.
