September 30, 2010 — This week, Federal Security Spotlight examines the stand-up of the new DoD Cyber Command, to be lead by General Keith Alexander.

In a hearing before the House Armed Services Committee, Alexander described how Cyber Command will work with the other combatant commands and with the National Security Agency; how it will deal with various classes of threats and continuously test itself; and what issues worry him the most.
