Federal News Radio told you last week about the military’s latest social media offering – milTube. It’s like YouTube but for soldiers and civilians in the military.

The service allows authorized personnel to share videos behind secure network firewalls.

MilTube joins milBook, milWiki and milBlog as part of the milSuite set of online tools for the military.

Justin Filler is the deputy director of milTech Solutions. He helps oversee the operation of milSuite. He tells us how milTube got started.
