Eric Hennessey is a Business Continuity Solutions Evangelist with Symantec’s Information Management Group. His area of expertise for more than 10 years has been in the area of high availability and disaster recovery and he speaks frequently on the topic at industry events. Eric joined Symantec (then Veritas Software) in 1999 as an enterprise solutions architect in the professional services group and has designed and implemented high availability and automated disaster recovery solutions for some of the most mission-critical applications in finance, telecommunications and national security systems.

Eric has a diverse IT background including 27 years combined active and reserve time with the US Air Force and time in the insurance, defense contracting and computer software industries.
