The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is seeking public input on significant changes to the directive that provides guidance for federal agencies when it comes to EEO policies and procedures.
The first major changes to Management Directive 110 (MD-110) since 1999, the revisions address newly revised 29 C.F.R Part 1614 (federal sector EEOC regulations).
The revisions cover three areas:
Public comments on the MD-110 revisions can be made through April 25 at Regulation.gov.
