The Army’s been working for the past two years on a new process that’s designed to identify its technology wish list, get industry’s best offerings and send the results out to the field as quickly as possible.

The Army’s Network Integration Evaluation happens twice a year at Fort Bliss, Texas. The service briefed industry last week on what it’s looking for in the round of tests and evaluations scheduled to start this coming fall.
