Dr. William LaPlante, the assistant secretary of the Air Force for acquisition is Jared Serbu’s guest for the full hour on this edition of On DoD. The Senate confirmed LaPlante as assistant secretary in February of this year, ending a five-year run during which the post went without a Senate-confirmed presidential appointee.
