March was a pretty busy month, with the Malheur National Wildlife Center occupation coming to an end, astronauts going into space, others coming back, the White House Easter Egg Roll, and a shooting at the Capitol.

But amidst all of that, it was President Barack Obama’s visit to Cuba, the first by a President in nearly 90 years, that was the most significant event of the month in federal news.
