Changing the perception of government one app at a time.

The administration wants the launch of the redesigned USA.gov portal to be more than just putting more lipstick on a pig.

Jeff Zients, OMB’s chief performance officer, says the governmentwide website and new mobile applications are part of the way the Obama administration wants to change the perception of government.
